Adobe Systems approached Microdata to provide their unique event delegate management solution to manage the annual
Adobe Live! Expo
held at London's Olympia Exhibition Halls.
With an attendance of over five thousand people, naturally the planning and preparation began many months before the event took place.
The first real vision of the event to the outside world began when we sent out multiple format invitations, via e-mail, SMS and hard-copy
to existing customers, potential customers and individuals who had registered their interest in Adobe's products on their customer database.
Once the invitations had been sent out, the responses began flying in and were all safely recorded and actioned using Microdata's fully bespoke
iQlive
system.
All attendees that pre-registered for the event using the
iQlive
solution were automatically eligable for fast-track entry in to the event without the need to queue. But in all honesty those who chose to
arrive on the day did not have many worries as the speedy at-event registration process via the waiting interative touch screen kiosks did not leave
anybody waiting to gain entry to this excellent event for very long!
Attendees were also requested to complete an interactive bespoke questionnaire specifically designed for Adobe Systems.
The responses from this feedback were automatically collated, analysed and reported upon for Adobe by Microdata's unique
iQsphere
Business Intelligence solution, allowing Adobe comprehensive insight into their audiences views and desires from this hugely important event
within the design world calendar.
