Microdata have been appointed by Honda on numerous occasions, at events ranging from International Motor Shows to the annual Chelsea RHS Flower Show.
At the British International Motor Show eighteen touch screen units were integrated into various aspects of the physical stand (see below)
allowing visitors to sit and relax whilst interacting with Honda's customer solution.
At a recent International Motorcycle Show Honda used
iQsphere
on nine interactive touch screen kiosks. Our solution provided visitors with multiple options from which to choose including the
opportunity to complete a bespoke questionnaire and book a test ride on a bike of their choice with their local dealer.
The details of their confirmed test drive were emailed to the visitor in real-time with a reminder being sent via SMS to their phone
prior to the test ride date.
Honda always require daily statistics regarding their stand activity, including usage and results from their questionnaire. As an optional
component of
iQsphere
we provided a central information point for the stand managers where they were able to view, print and download their required information.
This of course was supplimentry to the standard real-time statistics available on-line, generated by the system.
