Microdata have supplied Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles with solutions to manage their Business Intelligence and customer interaction requirements at events throughout the UK since 1993. Our partnership has included the official UK launch of the companis new ‘Transporter’ range.  At this event the services provided included the provision of a total delegate management solution using Microdata's SERMaS product to fully manage the attendees at the event. Additionally attendee feedback was captured and analyised using the iQsphere solution.

At the Commercial Vehicle Show held at Birmingham's NEC, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles used iQsphere to ask attendees about their perception of the Volkswagen brand, and products.  Volkswagen also made use of our modular Dealer Locator add-on.   Use of iQsphere also enabled visitors to sign-up for a test drive. Participants were then emailed or sent a SMS text message in real-time outlining the details of their arranged test-drive.

We also configured iQsphere to output daily statistics on visitor participation, and of course Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles benefited from our extensive post-event data analysis.
